基于ANSYS/Workbench流固耦合输液波纹管的模态分析Modal Analysis of Fluid-Structure Interaction Bellows Based on ANSYS/Workbench

摘要(Abstract):
以折弯式波纹管为例,分析了流固耦合对输液管道动力学特性的影响。首先应用Pro/E和ANSYS Workbench对结构形状复杂的波纹管道进行了几何建模,通过Pro/E和ANSYS软件的无缝连接功能,在ANSYS中可以得到无损坏的波纹管模型。再利用ANSYS ICEM网格划分技术对流体和波纹管道进行六面体网格划分,得到高精度的有限元模型。最后数值分析了流固耦合作用对波纹管固有频率的影响,比较空管道、有流固耦合作用的管道、无流固耦合作用的管道三种情况下的模态,为管道振动的控制提供了重要的动力学依据。
