电脑支架自动装配机的设计Design of Automatic Assembly Machine for Computer Bracket

摘要(Abstract):
为解决DYN系列电脑支架装配过程中工人劳动强度大,生产效率低等问题,提高该系列电脑支架自动化装配程度,在分析DYN系列电脑支架装配工艺流程及要求的基础上,设计了电脑支架自动装配机及其控制系统。详细介绍了电脑支架自动装配机的技术方案及气压系统原理;控制系统以三菱PLC为控制核心,采用模块化设计思路,对装配过程进行顺序控制,采用图形操作终端对设备运行状态进行显示和监控。该设备已投入实际使用,运行结果表明该设备运行可靠平稳,操作简单、方便,自动化程度高,有效提高了电脑支架的装配效率,具有一定的推广及应用价值。
